Lead generation is the process of attracting potential clients and capturing those leads (i.e. getting them onto your email list) so you can continue to connect with them. Once you have captured those leads on your email list – you can build a relationship with them, continue to provide value and eventually turn them into paying customers.

This is probably going to be the easiest and quickest strategy for lead generation. You are going to create a free resource that your website visitors can sign up for with their email address! 

You can create this pretty quickly! It can be something you are already using in your own business that your ideal clients might benefit from. 

Here are some examples of a PDF lead magnet

  • A checklist (i.e. everything you need to start your business)
  • A mini guide (i.e “5 Steps to Start Your Blog”)
  • A template (i.e. plug and play social media captions)
