It might feel like a lot to write three whole pages. And at first, you might even feel stuck when you first sit down to write. But literally just write whatever thoughts start to pop up in your mind, there’s no right or wrong here. 

The reason 3 pages are recommended is because this allows you time to really get through to write down mental blocks or anything that’s feeling limiting or stuck in your mind. If you stop writing too soon then your writing might just stay very surface level.

3. Don’t edit, judge, or correct yourself

This isn’t a polished journal entry. It’s your mind clearing itself out so you can start the day with a cleaner slate. Don’t over think it, just write!

4. Write whatever is on your mind
